I guess WP7 appeals to people like me who love to stay connected all the time. I'm using Android right now and I like how my phonebook contacts can be linked to fb ones. WP7 should ideally let this do and not add the tonnes of people on your fb friend list that you talk to like, once a year. This way, the people hub can act like a personalized fb stream with info from people you're most in touch with.

Actually this is not interesting feature as for me.....
But you're right, regarding the market - very good thing indeed.

edit: or at least this year
Greg Sullivan, senior product manager for Microsoft, told Pocket-lint that we could expect handsets from Dell, Asus, LG, HTC, and Samsung at the launch later this year.

^Sure but also remember HP is already out because they announced beeing devoted to WebOS.
SE will be there but probably later.
Hoping for amazing device with a good design.
Samsung, LG and HTC look really ugly.

Is there anything new out there about that 5 (5.5?)" android phone with the sliding and tilting QWERTY keyboard? Is this really going to be released or just a prototype that will never be made? I'm hoping its real, but haven't heard much about it since the pictures came out well over a month ago.
Thanks

I fear that they'll still be playing catch up for the rest of the year.
I'm not really expecting any more high ends. Hopefully this means the talent at Sony and Ericsson are conjuring up something magical which will be revealed this winter.
It will be strange if SE don't announce a hero phone in the run up to the Christmas season.

have said them-selves that the Xperia line-up is complete for the year, however I expect an announcment of several new colours for the X10, to tie in with the release of Android 2.1 and 720p.

Well observing everything WP7 related,
I'm not surprised

is not in such a hurry.
Apparently OS is very impressive in many areas,
but has limitations

is probably not happy about.
I just saw big part of the camera in WP7 and looks like
there's no confirmation all of the usual

camera features will be supported.
Customization is also very limited.
Symbian in reverse is so behind in many areas.
