That might be because all other brands have been known to cheat in benchmark scores and as far as I'm aware Sony either don't cheat and give a real world performance test or have yet to have been caught cheating and my guess is the 1st as it would've been outed by now.

100% agree, real world performance is up there with Apple personally. In terms of Android Sony walks all over the competition.

As long as Sony delivers on the camera and display department, I would still use the XZ4 with the SD845 SoC without batting an eye.
Today's performance is plenty good already.

This is bullshit. Actually that's what really IS IMPORTANT, and not the Antutu bechmark score. Real world speed (opening apps speed, ram management) is what matters as it's the only thing user can feel and experience by using the phone daily.
