Nice work mate. I know I would probably have given up halfway through writing all that out!

It involved a lot of copying and pasting bookmarks and draft messages. I was doing a similar post last night, got to about 10 SMS pages, and the phone crashed on me!
I forgot the first rule I learnt from Windows. Always save your work half way through!

(^^I have this in drafts too and paste it when using my phone, I hate the WAP version of Esato and always browse the full one with Opera!)

It starts to be really pathetic at the moment. How many more time this maker needs to introduce at least ONE serious smartphone in more than a year? Everybody incl. Samsung, LG, HTC is ahead! Nokia showed the whole Eseries new. And SE, this noble maker is still NOT delivering! Nothing! I slowly loose belief we will see anything really convincing soon.

I personally don't see what the heck you're still doing here then. Just go!

So where is the super highly anticipated new Pseries? Where is Hecaro or whatever? That's what I'm waiting for and don't tell me that SE is doin' things right in this regard! (I talk about time now).
I know what they planned for Paris but failed miserably, now nothing about new P. I have 100% right to ask about it and not jack off about 156th Walkman. It's a discussion forum.

I still see you here, doministry. If the others are sooooo good, then go for it.

And here you have the exact point!
As much as I don't want to, maybe I will be forced to do it, right? As most makers offer something, at least with HSDPA and some other solutions, I would like to see something from SE, finally!!! As until now we see only X1, in October maybe. You see my point?

do you have any info...weather the WiFi on G705 will support just the internet calls....or also web browsing!?!?thanks

Hi mate, I posted a comment asking a guy who had tried the G705 whether or not the WiFi can be used for internet browsing as well as UMA, and he said that it can. Of course it can use it's HSDPA/HSUPA connection too.

Hi,

1st thanks to those that keep this thread going. I don't know very much so try to keep my mouth shut when there are people here who know a lot more than me, so Karma points to you all.

I saw with excitement the news that there may be an X1 without a keyboard this year. My question is that if is 'announced' this year we will await another 6 months to see it in the shops al la X1? At the end of my contract u c and thinking of the Samsung OMNIA. But if this lighter version of the X1 is arriving soon I would wait.

Currently have a P1i, one of the main reasons I got it was the touch screen and handwriting recognition. Just sooo much faster than using a keyboard.
Can't really understand why you would want to add the extra girth of a keyboard when writing on the screen is so much more natural....but I know that is just me and each to their own. That said if you could have a much slimier device would YOU sacrifice the keyboard?

Sorry If my first question has already been answered earlier on but there were over 1000 posts to go through...

Peace and love

^^^
Knowing SE the touchscreen device may be released next year, possibly January, assuming of course it is announced this month.

But, seeing that that same touchscreen phone was shown earlier this year it may actually be ready or almost.

Personally, I still prefer a keyboard than an on screen one. I also have a P1 and use the keyboard more than the on screen one.

No, I don't see any point. I see a lot of crying, no points, and especially not yours. It really can't be that difficult to understand - if something doesn't suit you, use something else, which - in your case - shouldn't be so hard, seeing you've got lots of names of manufacturers who are doing a better job. Just leave, you won't see me getting all emotional about it.
