Yes, i said ONE of the concepts - there are several concepts, so this doesn't mean, that this concept will be used.
I made it from a W900 with PSP-parts, so that i wont reveal too much.
The screen is slideable, and can be pushed up, revealing a keypad beneath, so you can chat with ur friends while playing games. Also for messages and such, of course.

It looks like a modified K610 to me, especially from the side. and i do not like the look of that softkey area at all.

And it is going to be called K770 AFAIK.
And I don't think that list of names is very accurate... We'll have to see.

The initial rumours suggest that the gaming phone was not just going to be a 'PSP phone'. So I don't think that your concept that you posted is going to be closer to it.
SE probably doesn't want to imitate its Sony heritage too much. Making a phone a PSP is a bit overboard. They still want to have the brand Sony Ericsson, not Sony.
EDIT: And remember some hints about 'previewing' some menus in the new SE UI? This LG layout reminded me about what SE is probably aiming at:
