just spoke to 188 of globe again... pinagalitan ko.. ok naman daw pag sila nag access.. they asked me to off/on, clear cache etc... kupal.. i told them to access certain site and "globe lang ba alam nyong wapsites?" yun, they cant connect din...
sabi blocked daw ng technical kasi.... di evaluated, di ... usually alibis..
