Well I was just wondering why there are 2 versions now with the change in text. I would also prefer less text, the G logo is all that is needed.

Yes! It's way more classier this way... I really wish they would let it like this:)
The G logo It's a nice touch and gives just the informations needed, to all people who knows what it is:)
Th numbers would ruin it's glorious back (which now do not even have the FCC printing
) besides most of the person to not even know what is focal length, sensor size and so on, so it would just means confusion! I, for one, before joining this thread didn't know what those number means:) now I know a lot of things!!!:D Thanks to all!!
And also Sony do not need to go around showing his numbers, it's already the king
lol! Or maybe not!

If you look closely on the left edge you can see a glass border! I think it's still there... IMHO:)
