Guys you can guess how p!ssed off I am!
I went to R's Electronics to get my P800 upgraded to R2D. Gave them my phone and they told me it would take 2 hours. I went back 2 hours later and they told me that while they were falshing my phone that the machine they use buggered up and was not falshing my phone correctly. I had tro leave my phone there over the weekend while they resolve the issue - and they would not provide me with a complementary phone!
So now I have to leave it there till Monday when hopefully they can fix it for me. Until then I am without my lovely P800 and am stuck with a poxy Samsung (no offence to Samsung owners - but the phones suck).
Does anyone know if the machine, which was meant to be upgrading my phone, screws up half way will cause my phone to be as good as dead?
Please someone sympathise with me

LEICESTER. does anyone know if there is an official sony ericsson service agent in leicester, UK who can upgrade firmware etc?? (do you do that on p800? - am just about to buy p800 in leciester)
