why would he be hurt that the quran has not been changed, its no skin off his nose

The Holy Quran gets burnt all over the world. But if the holy Quran is in peoples hearts totally verse by verse then burning the holy books is not the end of the faith. like peterkay says solid...
altough people try the Qur'aan will always be in its orignal version...
many people like myself know it off by heart...word to word...verse to verse...front to back...
whereas many of the other scriptures which muslims should and do believe are also the word of God have been changed and that is the reason why muslims dnt follow fully other holy books...
e.g.
muslims belive the Holy Bible WAS sent down by god to Jesus (peace be upon him) however we belive and know that it has been changed as there are many contrdictions within it...and God doesnt make mistakes, so the Bible has been alterred which is why many many people know the Holy Qur'aan off by heart...

Muhammad (pbuh) did have memory, soon as a verse was revealed via angel Gabrael it was written down by the Companions of The Holy Prophet (pbuh).
@Joe, whether you believe it or not The Quran has not changed. If you don't want to believe it don't but us Muslims do believe this and its a fact.
Why is it so painful to know that the Quran is still the same?

Sea + land = 32+ 13= 45
Sea = 32/45*100q.=71.11111111%
Land = 13/45*100 = 28.88888889%
Sea + land 100.00%
Modern science has only recently proven that the water covers
71.111% of the earth, while the land covers 28.889%.
Is this a coincidence? Question is that
Who taught Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) all this?
Reply automatically comes in mind that
ALMIGHTY ALLAH taught him.
Which other book on this planet has this kind of miracle?

Verse 22 from Chapter 39 states:
Is one whose heart Allah has opened to Islam, so that he has received Enlightenment from Allah, no better than one hard-hearted? Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against celebrating the praises of Allah. they are manifestly wandering in error!
Great words from our Creator, 'wander' in this world as you wish but you are in serious error. How long are you going to live? possibly 70 years or max 100 years? If you fail to realise the truth then you are surely in manifest error as The Almighty One has stated in the verse above. Life if a short journey for mankind, every living soul will taste death and then comes the eternal life which has been promised for all. Some will be in Hell Fire and Some will be under Gardens of Bliss and happiness.
I pray to Almighty Allah that he saves us
ALL from Hell Fire and i pray he makes us all realise the truth before it's too late.
