Got an EXCEL question to get help on
I need to find the largest value in a table but only looking at the value I have provided it to cross check in Row1 and I need the largest value that is in Row3 correspondingly..
e.g.
R11 21154 22540
R12 12352 12500
R14 2201 2250
R12 12500 12750
R18 2458 2475
R12 ?????
So i need to look up in the table for the R12 value(?????) such that it will give me the value "12750", NOT 12500 from the table(colume 3) just above it. (i.e. the larger value)
anY IDeA?

I bought my laptop 2nd hand from CEX.
My problem is that the previous owner has set up a podcast which downloads a Chris Evans radio show whenever I go online and this gobbles up my valuable mobile broadband data allocation.
How to I cancel this podcast? Can anyone help?
TIA

anyone here any good with windows server 2003 (SP2), remote installation services and unattended setups (for 2k pro & xp pro sp2) using R.I.S.?
i have used both the xp & 2k pro setupmgr's to create winnt.sif/remboot.sif files for the unattended setup, but i dont know where to put them. i have tried doing the installations (of 2k & xp) using the sif files in the RemoteInstall\Setup\English\Images\WINNT\i386 (for 2k) and RemoteInstall\Setup\English\Images\WINDOWS\i386 (for xp) folders on the RIS server. i have also tried putting just the xp sif file in the RemoteInstall\OSChooser\i386 folder, but it still doesnt work
EDIT: just noticed that the forum software puts an extra in the file paths
EDIT2: now the forum software has taken it out
Does anyone know where i should put the files for it to work?
thanks in advance

I got a wierd one.
It first started about 2 weeks ago. Sometimes when I go into my favourites tab on explorer the little icons next to the favourites (e.g on esato its that funny looking black phone thing) are all mixed up. right now the esato icons are on my facebook links. There are no viruses on my system, so whats causing it?

Now i get this message on the Windows PC, " There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network" We have another PC laptop and my MBP connected to the same router. Any idea how i could fix this?

run the connection wizard, are you using xp or vista?
the connection wizard should sort that out, it can be found in the control panel

I have a problem with an IBM laptop.
When I boot up it stays on, but for some reason, when I go online and begin surfing the net, it automatically and immediately switches off, without shutting down.
It does this after anything from 2 - 20 mins.
Does anyone know why is switches off after a certain amount of time surfing the net?
TIA
