I bought my phone 'refurbished' from onestopphoneshop. Turned out its got a french CDA therefore its not updating the firmware with SEUS.
Is there a FREE way to change the CDA to CDA102511/2 using the dcu-60?
ive tried davinci but it says i need a login.

@sarpy baby,
so what you're saying is no one should post a question (unless) its new. so should we pm you to verify the question? since you're an expert and all
Did I say this? Did I elude to this? Or did I simply ask for others to read the posts already here without creating duplicate posts? Mwarner has a front page that compiles all of these new features where others can find them simply without ad nauseam repetitive posts. By reading back a few pages you will see that many others have discovered these new things weeks ago, i.e. the ones that paid to have their phones upgraded. My question was more of a hint or word of advice, or tip for the users here. If you have trouble with comprehending english, then have a friend or someone help you out. It must really suck being you.
Anyway, the paid forum might be getting traction as many others do like the idea. At least you will not be there. This is one good thing, don't you think?

Ok, got on to the updates, and it says that there is an update, but its 'Hong Kong'
I brought the phone from Hong Kong. It's english though. I live in Australia. If i do the update, will it go to Hong Kong language? or will it stay english.
I dont want a phone i can't use.
any ideas?

@sielski666
It depends on the CDA and operator, if they received an upgrade from SE for your phone. I had an E-Plus phone that would not upgrade until I took it to an SE service point where they had to force the upgrade onto the phone. You seem to be in the same situation. You may need to go to an SE service center.
