try iso 250 and shutter speed of 1/10 it should give even less noise with more brightness

Wat you mean??? I now using it can change the WB??? Got nothing wrong. Is that you mean when u on the flash? This is i preset one, is that not good?

all set to normal mode. then when i change the WB, incandescent for an instance. the screen will have the shade of blue (means the incandescent wb was actived).. but when i press the shutter button the wb effect stops functioning just before the flash released...

to fix it look under
Check if flash needed, property 23
look 4 #COM_EVENT(11,00) // WB correction
then erase it
