Don't know if this is real, but it is not XZ1. The screen is bigger, different speakers, smaller bezels but otherwise more or less the same.

Yes, but that's 6" 2:1, which is about 5.5" 16:9. A 6" 16:9 phone will be around the size of 6.7“ on other phone standard.
