just wanted to say something to the cs reps of semicon:
1) you are "frontliners" 2) you work for a company which sells service, among others and 3) you are in the cellphone industry
this being said, i think you should be reminded that:
1) we, your customers, do not owe you a debt of gratitude when you transact with us-- that is your job, that's what you are paid for 2) it is part of your job (and of your being decent human beings) to be pleasant to your customers. if you're having a bad day, or if you would rather be somewhere else with someone else starting at 7:00 p.m. then by all means go home or wherever it is you'd rather be. dont take your irritation out on us. for all you know we too may have had a bad day and may be as tired as you from working at our jobs. 3) dont be irritated at us if you feel that you know more about cell phones than we do. youre supposed to know more than us. if you were my client and were to ask me about the intricacies of the law, i wouldnt be irritated at you no matter how many inane questions you ask me. thats why i am the lawyer and you are the cs rep.
bottomline-- if you are not happy with your job, find something else, or at least keep it to yourself. huwag niyo na kaming idamay

@Bendover and Scythe: hmmm, that's weird. The first time I decided to buy an ICT-13 I went to Semicon Fairview and chose from three of their stock. Just got lucky i guess.

I remember the first time I saw the ICT-13 in person in semicon, they still had 4 stocks at the festival mall branch, I said to myself to buy it next time na lang since there still many, when I came back 2 days later after deciding, it was alreadt gone! I had to wait for almost 3 weeks, to get one, and naka tsamba sa greenhills while looking for something else there
To those looking for it, I'll post when and where I find one, and also sulit naman when you get it.

sayang! when i bought my ict-13 last 10, they had 2 or 3 in stock pa. grabe, ang bilis maubos. good luck in your search. hope you find one really soon. di bale, once you get it, with all the trouble and hassle you've been through, sulit talaga!!
