The text id problems appear when the t68's operation is disrupted in the middle of an unfinished operation and the phone book is corrupted by the appearance of blank entries. Some observations this time:

1. My phone book was complete but going to the Position List, I noticed the jumbled positions and the missing entries.

2. What is more revealing is that my wife's t68 and my t68 were corrupted almost the same time at the same place... could it be that gsm or gprs signals could have caused the problem?

it happened to me na.. 4x already, it occurs whenever my gprs signal acts weird..it hangs my phone or sometimes just reboots itself.
