I haven't heard anything about surprise characteristic that some speculate about Honami, but ideally I would like it to be TV tuner (since Xenon is off the table completely). It seems that stuff like IR blaster and TV tuner can be implemented in certain regions (Z had IR blaster in Japan and I think someone linked us with the article that states that some versions of ZU actually had ability to watch TV).
Anyway, TV tuner would more than compensate for lack of Xenon (or any other flaw for that matter).

I think TV tuner for all markets are going to be impossible because different countries have their own way of receiving signal for their TV. Though, I do hope that IR blaster will be available for Honami. If they have a L version, IR blaster better be in both unlike the Z and ZL.

Really? I was hopping that at least USA or countries of European Union would have some universal standard. I wonder how did some other TV-phones resolved that issuse...?
@moogoo; if global version of Honami won't have IR, Japan almost certainly will...

That's true here in my country, I shoot primarily with my DSLR, but I can see many people taking pics with their massive tablet (mainly iPad),
heck some people here think their tablets take better quality photos than my DSLR because the images from their massive screen looks better than the ones from my liveview screen!
Maybe they are not pointing at the camera but at the photographer?

On the A3000, i could have got it but i was in a hurry and got the pana g6 instead.
Now i think i made the right choice as the leaks show the a3000 has no vari angle, and finaly it does not boast in body IS, which would have given an edge over the pana.
With the new future OMD missing a flash, i think the g6 is currently the best bang for the buck in the dslr shaped mirorless.
Only problem, my iphone does not have nfc, i will need honami to speed up the connection setup process
