The handset on the table looks like a display dummy model and looks pretty genuine to me. I'm disappointed in the large bottom bezel (difficult to judge the top bezel because of the perspective), but we knew it would be taller than Z so I guess that is to be expected.
The picture of the device in a hand does not look like Z1 to me. The give away is that the side bezels are narrower than Z, but Z1 is supposed to be 5" and have a wider body meaning the side bezels should be slightly wider if anything, and of course, the top and bottom bezels are noticeably narrower. To me that means one of three things:
1. It's photoshopped
2. It's the ZL1
3. It's a different line i.e. slightly different spec, maybe bulging plastic back and mid-range pricing

looks definitely photoshopped to me. someone took the display and stretched to their "ideal" bezels ha.

the other pic with the 3 devices definitely look like dummy phones.

i was wondering if anyone here is making concept phone designs? if so, what software do you use? i would like if someone can make a phone of my concept to give sony some more inspiration for the future phones - who knows, maybe they look at forums.
my dream design concepts, 2 versions:
1. similar xperia z glossy black design with the bezel size of lg g2, front stereo speakers like in htc one, cut out the top "sony" front logo like with the iphone which doesn't have any front logos - front logos are wasted space ("sony" and "xperia" logo only in the back).
2. second version is the same just with xperia z original bezel size - not sure about the g2 bezel - it maybe too thin and then you press the touchscreen by mistake.
best designs of the front i can think of...! the back design is less important for me.
can someone tell me how to make this concept? or maybe someone talented enough here to make it for me? will be appreciated.

Quick question to all those currently using an xperia z, will u upgrade to honami? Im currently using xz, n I love it....but something inside me just wants the latest n greatest...whether that is z ultra or z1 I cant decide...I really like the thinness of ultra but am weary of its size...I think the z1 will be fine since im already using the z but if im gonna upgrade, im thinking the ultra is prob best...what r peoples thoughts?
Off topic: I just confirmed my preorder of a limited edition ps4 bundle with sony x...cant wait...ps4 will smash xbox1...
