how coem there are 2 separate parts (the one around ur neck, and another black component) what do each of them do?
is it convenient to use? or does the fact that it still has wires make it lose the convenience

the phone still freeze .. damn i thought they fixed it already ... what happen ? when the BT function is put to atuo it does not always receive in the headset... and as for the unreg caller number even it is saved in the phone ...tonyG could you help me post the problem to

sprockett-> I fully support orang3 statement. Since the advantage of a bluetooth headset is to get away with wire. Than why should we have wire tangling around our body. Beside, you cannot wear a pocketless shirt when you used the HBH 20. You have no place to hide that little "box". But honestly speaking, the clearness of the HBH-20 is better than HBH-15.
