^^ According to people at Xperiablog this could be Honamini, could it be? cuz imo it looks small in some way..

I hope LED can change colors (for instance, blue blinking when there are missed calls/sms, red when charging - green when fully charged, etc)...

Yes yes... it will be changable... even in the Z its customizable... you just need the right app (as Lightflow) if it is not already installed between the Xperia settings under Display..

As an XZU owner I can only confirm that every aspect of this device will be just superb - the Ultra is the most impressive thing I have ever talked too, the build quality - the performance - the screen - even the camera is outstanding - it is a thing of beauty, the Aluminium frame on the white is left native and just brushed (I hope they do this with the black) it's a thing of astounding design - weird thing is I wish the Ultra was a bit thicker, not that it feels fragile but just that there seems to be this need to push boundaries about thickness or thinness - the ultra is a sturdy solid phone but I honestly could care less if it was 3mm thicker I'd feel more confident if a bashed or dropped it - first thing I did was enclose it in a cover (for protection go figure) which has probably made it 3mm thicker ????????? I just get the impression there's a pissing competition going on between all the makers - so the insides are the same but our claim to fame is it's 1mm thinner than yours...... the focus is wrong
If we are to believe all we have read so far about the Z1 I could care less if it was 2mm fatter with a proper flash or at least 3 leds or what ever - my pocket has depth limitation but not girth for a few mm.....JMO

So I guess the only remaining issue is if there are going to be multiple ROM versions, and I'm rather skeptical on that one...

That's not really an issue since it's really easy to change ROM on android if that's what you are referring to.

Back to the excitement ... does anyone think Sony have a potential branding issue? The leaked photo of it in white on the previous page in this thread has the big "G" and I'm wondering if others will think its the "G" representation of an LG or Optimus G. I doubt it but I wonder.

We already know what Apple and BlackBerry are bringing, Nokia inclusive.
If this is marketed just right and heavily with a longer product lifecycle (not 8mths or less for something much more specacular), we could see Sony on the verge of a HUGE sales rise, larger brand name recognition (since PS4/PSHome will tie into these products), and new rise amongst worldwide charts.
I've always believed Sony should be the mass manufacturer that Apple strived to be and equal or better Apple in such common-global design comfort levels, while still being iconic!
