That's not really an issue since it's really easy to change ROM on android if that's what you are referring to.
I'm referring to the amount of ROM memory. Anything above 16GB would be appreciated.

LED is color-changing ofc, front only. The back notch is to make it easier to service the phone (now they have to use suction cups to get the back off the phone).

The normal release process for Sony Z series has been Japan HK first then India about 3 weeks later progressively spreading west and eventually reaching the Americas some 6 weeks later, I assume it will be available in Japan and HK the second week of September maybe even the end of the first week

The early descriptions by maiaramdam regarding the LED light positioning seemed to fit ItsJustJohs's discovery, I remember what maia described before that the LED strip is back to back from both faces.

It is quite unlikely that Japan will get it first this time. We have not heard much news of a media conference in Japan. Being Docomo in Japan, they will have to burn their logo and install their own custom skin. So until about October, the phone will likely to be released in the Fall/Winter Collection. Since, Sony is also targeting China with a 5 Sept press conference in Beijing, it will likely to be released in China first before any other countries.
