Hi all. Saw movie parineeta yesterday... Overall a nice sweet movie- though the second half is a bit abrupt and the ending is very dramaticised. The acting by saif is very good. The new heroine vidya balan is superb. A real find. I think i'm in love with her but not too sure yet. Anyway music of the film is charming and lovely with songs like piyu bole and kaisi Paheli Jindagani. Item song by rekha is adorable. Cinematography depicting olden calcutta is lovely too. Overall i'd give 3 and a half stars to it.

Yup. black is one of the finest films ever made by bollywood. I have loved it more than any other film in recent times. I am a guy who would prefer watching a film like 'Mr and Mrs. iyer' rather than a stupid 'Kya Kool Hai Hum'... I despise routine song and dance movies. And i love offbeat movies and sensitive films.
