That's definitely the ZU, you can easily recognize the Z1 because of its metal frame protruding more and a different finish compared to ZU's.

As it is charged by microUSB, we have something to go to.
A microUSB plug has about 7 mm width (red line). That makes the green line about 121 mm and the blue one 63 mm, which is about the size of the Xperia P.
So yes, could be, if my calculations are correct.

Weird, it doesn't have that black stripe combined with silver on the side, rather it's all black (with the stripe being more black than the rest).
