I know you felt cheesed off in regards of this matter. But since it is under warranty, why don't make the full advantage of it. If they cannot rectify, let them change it for you. Every time you are not happy, bring it down to complain, let them change and change again for you. See how long can they "tahan".

i dun remember M1 give me a warranty card when i purchase it from them.
if my hbh15 happen to give me problem what shld i do huh?
i really dun think they gave me one!!!!
and i have lost my reciept from the purchase.
so how huh?

the phone book and the sms will still be intact as for what i know.
for sms unless u save it if not once u take out your sim card it will all be gone.

HBh 15 does not come with the warranty card .. it is only a reciept .. you can use tht .. if there is problem .....wiht ur HBH 15
