@dan- so far aftr i upgraded to r23 sw, my unit rebooted once palang and d batt draind from half to last red bar, how do i prove this to smartnet?

well, u have to prove the unit is defective.. diagnose pa daw nila. imagine, semicon, smartnet will "diagnose" ur unit... and will take them weeks to do that.
so..i guess.. once your unit freezes, leave it as is, bring the unit as evidence. then... good luck na lang if they will replace it.
