Hey I need a DVD writer software (free version would be great) for my mac. can anybody recommended one for me?

I've been writing to DVD with OS X's built in tools with no problems...

Im just transferring all my itunes over to my new mac and i hope it all works without any issues but i was going to ask has anyone done this before? What happens to applications purchased via itunes?
