Xperia Z is now officially available here in dubai. I noticed in shops i visit, there are two screen variants! In white version, the screen are vibrant like the one found in xperia v, while in black version the screen are washed out like the one posted in xperia blog!!!
I'm afraid i ordered black version from clove i hope i dont have the same screen type!

Here you can see exactly what I mean with the screen problem... You see that old devices looking much better!
Friends, you're too optimistic with Z... I am not more, after playing with it 5 days. I'm sorry but SIV will destroy Z with just one finger and HTC ONE also.
Sony didn't chosed best quality for it's best device. The Z doesn't feel better than ION. ION feels very premium in hands. Z is too light and the glass and back and front sounds too plastic and is so thin... I have expect Z will feel like iPhone 4/4S but not even close... To the other side, SONY also didn't chosed the best components inside. The loudspeaker on the side is not loud enough. No wonder from that tiny hole... And earpiece could be louder too. The cam is very bad for it features. The internal storage is also to small for a luxus phone... I have other older phones from SONY which have better components than Z! And I am someone who always changing and testing new phones from different manufacturers.
The software has also lacks. I have for example big wifi problems with the Z and the UI need an update...
I still can not understand how SONY built just a half phone in my eyes and also didn't test everything before bring it to market... They had so much time to change it or fix some things. IMO Z has nothing more than 2012 devices.
Most of what bothers me is the screen and the build materials ("glass").

I'm very sad and dissapointed from my favourite brand SONY.
I also don't expect more that they will make big steps this year. Unfortunately they are still behind the competition.
I won't wait for H2 flaggshipp. It makes no sense for me. I always hope the best will come but after I get a rabbit punch... I hope the PS4 will be a big success!
The Xperia Arc (S) is still my favourite phone from Sony.
I hope he gets some point a worthy successor.
I hope the best for sony, my heart still beating for them, but it hurts too much to get dissapointed.

this type of screen i noticed in black xperia z released here in dubai. Too bad sony! I compare the screen of white xperia z which is better like in xperia v!

Man, are you guys smoke some weed or something?
The screen of the T is not on par with my T, it has better contrast and more bright what you see on the photo, what a stupid comparing.
The screen of the Z is almost the same as that from the T, only the z has better in sharpness and little less contrast no big deal.
Jesus man, go to the store and compare those device with your own eyes with the same adjustment.

You've just confirmed ALL my thoughts and all the things many other new owners and people who have tried it have said. I also find it interesting that you as someone who has used it extensively says the
Htc One will be better ,confirms my assumptions.
Thanks for all the clarification James, looking forward to your thoughts on either the One or S4 when they arrive.
A shame about the Z, really.
