Yes there is dual LED in the picture and GSMArena said it will have.
Where? Dark place below regular LED is definitely not warm white LED. It looks like red LED or pulse sensor.
PS. It's "Sony Xperia Rumors 2015" thread, not "LG G4 Rumors".

Sony phones are nice but cameras on them are crap in my opinion. Nice looking phones but waterproofing isn't as good as what it should be in my opinion and I think Sony haven't had good cameras since the Sony Ericsson days.

According to NowhereElse (Androidauthority), the z4 would have S-Master HX Digital Audio and if it will be a genuine one unlike the software gimmicks they're giving then I think the z4 is worth the upgrade and not just another m8 to m9 transformation.
Z3 vs Z4
1. S-Master HX Digital Audio
2. Front-facing camera
3. Flapless usb-port
4. 4gb ram & SD 810
5. Wireless charging*
Other Minor changes
1. Design (thinner and glossy frames)
2. Modified imx220
3. 32 gb internal memory (same with some version of z3)
They better push that s-master audio if they really want this z4 to sell otherwise, the z3 will just eat up its marketshare(It will even compete with z2, cannibalism at its finest)

What settings were exactly used? was steady shot enabled? etc. there's just too much smudging of the details (not all areas but patches of areas). Anyway it's always best to just wait for it to be released on the market, then judge.
Sony's good jpeg processing imo relies on hardware, I mean I just recently bought an RX100 M1 (cheap nowadays) and the output is very good.
Until Sony finds a way to put that bionz chip in the phone without compromises, I think they'll continue to struggle on the software jpeg processing. Software has always been their weakness imo while hardware had always been Sony's strength.

I'm still wonder which one should I buy between rx100 m2 and m3. I can't find a night portrait sample of m2 anywhere.

We don't know, there's some rumours that Z5 ( or what ever it will be called ) will be completely new, but nothing confirmed.. specially that we've already heard about new design for Z4 ( or Z3x ) but then, it's not completely new
