oedmund-> If you have lost your receipt, go to your vendor and ask them to give you a duplicate or some kind of proof that you have bought it from them and still is under warranty. That the SC can accept. But if you cannot prove it your headset is still under warranty,
everything that they repair you have to pay for it. Good Luck!

i bought my hbh15 from M1 and i dun think they can get me a replacement reciept.
damn! i think there is some problem with my set battery.
coz i cannot last more than two days which i usually can last abt four days!
changing of the batt. cost how much huh?
think its all SE fault what they shld have produce us with a warranty card.
now i have to fork out money for that i think its rather unfair.
but i bought it together with my T39m does the warranty of that counts?
T39m still have warranty till end november 2002.

one more question to ask.
if our T68 support animation why is it when nokia user send a blinking sms msg to me and its doesn't blink huh?
juz curious!

thks for all!

oedmund---> i guess the reciept is together with the T39 ... it is 30 + for send in service and extra change for the subsequence stuff they change and do ... the blinking msg in nokia is a bug .. you dont 1 to have tht ..... ask them to quote u a price before they service it is better ....good luck

If you buy from M1 it is even better. Firstly they are able to check on that day what have you bought. When I bought my T39 from ST, my maid threw away my whole box including my warranty card by mistake. I went down to ST and told them I hv lost my warranty card and through the computer I told them when did I do the purchase, immediately the computer showed that I did really purchased the T39 and some accessories. Than they gave me a letter to comfirm that my handset is still under warranty. Why don't you try at M1. It is no point to try at the SC, I can guarantee you they will not entertain you. BTW, now all BT came with warranty card already.
