what's the point of using iso 100 and Em (em forces iso 100) and setting flash off (which in those conditions would not have fired) :|..for close objects i use document mode and less exposure

I wish that K800i camera looks like this
http://www.dpreview.com/news/0809/08092301_leica_s2.asp. It costs 20.000 EUR.

Heyho
Sorry for my bad english
I installed the Raiderski 6.4 a few days ago....can someone tell me, how to setup for good settings?!
Pictures i taken are sometimes very blurry (espacially when its getting a bit darker)...already changed sharpness between 1 and 10, now i set it to 5 and will test it the next days...
What can i do against that blurry-effects?
How to set Jpeg-compression?Leave it at 91% or set up to 95 or 100%?
How can i set ISO manually?
And what is a good OSD-menu, how can i install them??
My phone is a K810i with R8BF003 from K800i CID53!
Thanx for your answers!
Attached one of my best pics i taken the last days

Good morning
Yesterday i set the jpeg-compression to 64 (that should match 100%, or not?) and now size of my pics is smaller than before *wonder*.....
Can anyone pls tell me what im doing wrong?!
Here are some examples (all auto):
Size is only 770kb, think it looks very bad:
Size is only 766kb, should they not be much larger at 100% compression?
