Since ignoring and trashing just don't work for him ( because of his shameless personality) ban is the best way to deal with him, IMO.

If the MWC devices ship with 845, then I perhaps availability will be much later than say the S9.

Seems to me like a choice, not availability of cpu.
All the OEMs have been Qualcomm's partners, I dont think Qualcomm would do such move and hand over initial supply to Sammy.
Last year Mi6 started to be shipped in April.
U11 was before XZ Premium too.
I hope they dont go with better version from Asia.
They charge much more than $1000 in many locations.
Not fair if some areas get 6GB cheaper than other markets pay for 4.
On their website today:
- XA 2016 : $ 200
- X 64GB : $ 458
- XA1: $ 487
- XA1+: $601
