as for resetting.. i guess t68i has a very stable software. never let me down since it fell off my lap.

@vince: many thanks man. My problem is the lack of time to have it done. Usually have someone do it for me, but then I'm phone less for a couple of hours. Feel naked when without a phone.

well, i use to have the same problem..i had my phone upgraded last sat morning, i went there early para walang hassle sa pila...it took me exactly 30 mins and viola..fresh fw and the good things is hindi na bura mga settings and contacts ko
but the bad thing is, hindi ako naka attend sa EB... sayang talaga:(
