this is my 1st time posting on this thread. Anyway, i have this problem with my ICT-13 case i bought online in the semicon website.
Before I got my case, I inquired in Semicon Megamall if they have it available so i can buy it there. Although they didnt have it available, I specifically asked the customer rep if the case includes warranty from Semicon, and they said yes it does and lasts for about a year. I asked more detailed questions like, "if it became damaged will it be repaired under warranty?" which was answered yes and i was told to just bring it to Semicon to be repaired if there are any damages.
So there i was exited about the case im going to buy along with the aftersales service that i expected from semicon. Becuase of my impatience to wait for Semicon Megamall to have new stocks, i bought online instead.
This afternoon at around 6:00 PM i went to Semicon Megamall to have my ICT-13 repaired expecting the after sales service that was said to me before purchasing the case. Somehow the belt clip lever became loose that the phone would fall off by itself if i snapped the case to the belt clip. I was recived by a certain Rommel Cadiz who surprisingly informed me that the ICT-13 is not under warranty and that the warranty only covers the electronic functions, etc. And that even if it was under warranty, they wouldnt acknowledge it because the case seems to have signs of wear and tear. I insisted that before i bought the case i was specifically told that my case would be repaired if its damaged within the warranty period. and to my dismay, the solution of this Mr. Rommel Cadiz offered to me was to buy an ICT 14. So in short, i was being compelled by this person to buy an ICT 14 so that i may be satisfied with the aftersales service of semicon for my ict 13.
I feel that i have been lied to by Semicon in getting my ICT-13. It was ok if they told me in the 1st place that the ICT-13 does not have warranty. but that was not the case and i feel that i have been cheated.
I want to get the aftersales service that Semicon told me i was going to get before i purchased an ICT 14, otherwise a refund would suffice if semicon is not capable of putting their words to action.

@jcpsad - In my opinion, the artic looks cool at first lang. Madaling makasawa...plus parang fancy masyado...especiall yung sa screen part. Compared to the Lunar Grey, medyo metallic ang dating. And if ever you're gonna replace it with the artic blue, just imaging yung itsura nun..medyo di bagay yung blue niya...pero ok kung may mca-20 ka. Babagay yun. Try to check yung mga pinost dito na faceplate...iba may combo. For me, ok na ok yung artic blue facia but retain the metallic part (screen) of the Lunar grey. Or mag Mineral Grey ka na lang.

you mentioned that you bought your ICT-13 online. Did you buy it from the SEMICON online store? or sourced itfrom the likes of ebay, etc.
if your did the latter, i guess they don't give warranty fo it since it wasn't bought from them.

@ le petit prince...in behalf of that semicon staff...sorry for the misinformation and casing talaga sir and the others like holster ay walang warranty pero if found defective upon checking after the sales transaction.....replace po ng semicon kung defective.
@ beatrix & 619....when you purchase t68 front casing now....pure casing na lang po siya and wlang speaker or vibra na kasama.

Good thing I checked the posts here. I just reserved my ICT-13 sa Rockwell. Yipee! Sana hindi ako madismaya sa paghihintay. Thanks for the info mga tsong!
