From those videos, id have liked to have seen a Winamp type visualisation window too, instead of the album cover and just a progress bar and other controls. Not a major problem, but rather disappointing IMO, and a bit boring to look at.
@ Prom1 - i didnt forget the memory issue at all, i did not mention it simply because i wasnt completely sure whether the phone had 4gb of flash memory, or a miniature 4gb HDD.

It's a smartphone, so expect there to be a 101 different music players - just as there are for the P800/900/910. I hope that you can replace the default player with any one of them, or that SE will themselves offer upgrades/enhanced versions.

Thats most likely the major reason why SE based this new Walkman model with the Symbian OS 9.1a / UIQ3 core .... expect to be able to download free upgraded SE Walkman apps just for the w950i/c - with new features; hopefully skinable ... cant stand the green backdrop for different artists from those videos.
Now just to be sure there are various Audio players like OggPlayer that also support MP3's due 2 the devices own native support & Ogg files for alternative play just by highlighting the music and selecting "More" then "Open with" or by updating the library of your audio files within the music player by getting it to search your phone. Then launch from that app of choice.
What I'm expecting is VIDEO player with multiple support especially M4P, not just 3gpp. On this device it would be sweet unless SE has a specific design for this with a camera .... that we should hear about in a few months; just my speculation with the successor to the K750i. Pure camera, video playback, recording capabilities rather than audio gusto.
I'm happy that the stylii is cross usuable & slotable between the w950/M600/P990 ... Orange & Blue will definately add that ... slight customizability to my p990i;
Aren't we glad the devices are so slim with SE?!
PS I love all the devices but I must have WiFi ... given my providers current bullcrap of "unlimited" data description with 25MB cap for BB devices. I would use email but I need a camera & WiFi for alternate data transfer & download/upload, email, IM, net-surfing.
Although this would be a great device for my wife though .... she is special but she'll get my K750i when I hands it down.

Finally SE is coming out with some awsome products!!! But Im afraid they have changed its market strategy... something like Nokia... Due to realeasing Identical Products with different model No. I dont really see any difference between this one and M600... I wont getting any of these... coz next week or so they will release the same product with 2MP camera and next thing u know.... the same mobile with 3.2MP camera... haiz... No longer like the old SE we use to know... wer you have the S700/Z800, and u know its speacial as they are only one type of its kind for sometime... now they are doing it like Nokia does.. cloning.

i guess one obvious difference of M600 & W950 is the music capabilities.. W950 has a special eye on music.. thats why theyve called the model with a W for walkman... while M600... hmm i guess purely for businessmen...

Sorry for the edit but needed to edit your post for clarity in my reply.
This isnt cloning. The abilities of the Symbian OS 9.1a core along with the UIQ3 allow for wide range of menu differences & Themes.
1) KEYS; you must be blind as you didnt notice the keys of the M600 greatly differ from the W950. sure they can both do email for push support; but so did the T68i/m, the T610-T630 (thats cloning right there all those models). This is no different than the K750i from the W800i except due to expandable memory & keypad along with 3rd party apps that are Try & Buy.
2) I'll be the features of the Walkman & Volume , and clarity of high volume are NOT in the M600; so too is Stereo BT Streaming. The M600 has BT v2.0 while the W950i has BT v1.2;
This is how SE can differentiate between the two models that are offered here in discussion.
Read more than just look at the pictures, please.
