Recently bought SE W830i. Its having R1GB001 firmware. I m facing strange problems when i am listening to mp3's from mem stick phone goes white and come back alive after rebooting itself. Similar things happen suring calls, Service testes etc. Please help is it related to new firmware ? or its a faulty peice.

The side buttons on your phone
If you keep it pressed you can also switch songs with those buttons.

That sometimes happened with the old firmware on my W850i. Updated a few weeks ago, and haven't had any problems since.

im not sure if this was a problem before..when you close the phone during standby..when the phone locks itself..the phone somehow hangs..
though it works again when you reopen the phone again.

Do you mean R1GB001 or R1JC002? The delivery report problem is not present with the R1GB001 firmware, at least not in my case.
