We're really sorry, but due to a fault which we experienced on our website, we were not able to process your order. The good news is that we've now fixed the fault and would like to invite you back to place your order again should you still wish to do so by clicking on the following link

by reading 02 terms and conditions i did not do anything ilegal on my purchase so there should not be any reason to cancle my order. i have been in contact with people who have rang 02 and having there order honnoured this is totaly unfair and would like something doing about this.im sure watchdog woul like a copy of my order details and your T&C and i could get alot of people to do the same!

It seems they have corrected the problem.

So ask if they have it on stock, if they do, tell them you ordered it a zero cost and you are being told they're out of stock which is a lie.

strange ive just had an email from 02 saying they have canceled my order yet i still have the tracking order number from dhl and it says that my mobiles are on the way dont get it
