if you read their boards youŽll see they are working on opera 9 for some time...if it is launched untill the end of the year, i canŽt see why it wonŽt be released on UIQ3 Phones...we already had one update to it via firmware upgrade, so other may happen

Just upadted the FW on mine (at long last).
Just need to get all the stuff back on there now.
I'm guessing sync'ing with my pc is fine.
What if I do a "restore" - will that restore the previous FW or will it corrupt it with it being and older version of FW?
Just so I know - before I make a mess!

if not, go ahead, but do this:
first, restore everything except settings
second, restore only the settings
i heard this way, the restore process works better

Just found out about the auto keylock.Looks like it only works with the flip on,unlike the previous pxxx,which worked with the flip on or off.

I think Nokia has been looking at all the complaints P990 has been getting so far and given the public an options for a better smartphone.
this is a clear mesaage for SE to bring out some F/W for their so Called smartphone.

this latest update causing auto restart more often than b4. had several auto restart when incoming call so annoying when i miss calls. trying to revert back to r9ea which was much stable.
