The battery may be flat, that's why your phone isn't detected. Charge up your battery in another phone and then try it. Also, try installing the USB Flash Driver.

Ok, I can't get it working because if I have the same problem as all of you then your phone keeps connecting and disconnecting when you plug in the usb...

Try using other USB port and check if the USB flash drivers are installed correctly.

Try using totalgsm client instead. if you really need online flashing client totalgsm seems to be good for flashing.

Totalgsm seems hella expensive compared with Wotan

I'm just curious at this stage if using Kulankendi to update erom it gives me the option to not update erom OR update to CID53 only!! If I do it this way and update it does that mean I will no longer be able to customise my k800i?

EROM flashing for K800 can be done for free with XS++ though... Download EROM file, and use it in "Flash MAIN firmware" box on XS++. Hit flash button then and you will have your erom flashed/repaired for free...

Works only with CID49/51 and 52 phones though.

I understand that, but where do I get the EROM file from, and more to the point how do I know which CID the phone currently has/had?
