In my k550i the volume was almost the same as the built in player , but the bass efects was not as great as in the 550i music player.

And also i read in the se-nse forums that a java application can't change the sound frequencies .... so one the forum members said that the devoloper has said that equaliser settings cannot b realised in a java application ....

But I guess the devolopers find that out quickly ......

But as for now , the kd player is awesome in its graphical interface , but not matching the default player in sound performance .....


Hope the nxt versions will work on that ......

Update ur firmware .... the new k-series updates giv u read/write permisions for unsigned java applications

I am not sure though about ur phone series .... anyway try it .......

I use Halmer Certificate on my K800i, and it works!
No more ask permission...!

If you are on K800 R1KG002 the java platform no longer enforces prompting. First time you use the app it will ask for access, then if you give it, it won't ask again.

So if on less than that, update
