i think facewarp doesnt work for bigger pic sizes.....tryimages wid size less than 650 to 700 Kb

no , i dont think so because when i load an image from facewarp its work correctly (at any size 1mp , 2mp , vga). the problem is on taking picture with it self (face warp) and then the zigzag problem appears

I think you can refer to this link to learn how to use XS++ to mod the camera driver for your phone. There is a video in this page showing step by step how to use XS++. Hope that this might help.
