there is nearly no difference between 18bit and 24bit colors in QVGA resolution in a 2.2" display.
(n95 and it's 8GB brother 24bit color depth for example was a must becuase of their large screen size)

every one can spot the 18bit colordepth on a 17" monitor but on a 2.2" display.. it is near impossible.

and if the camera sensor is similar to K800 then lacking AF has minimal effect on +2meters pics (which 90% of our snapshootings are) (but crap or impossible macro)

NO...this is absolutely wrong that there is a HELL of difference between 262K and 16M colors....second...when you take pictures from 262K color camera then doesn't mean that it will come up in 262K colors on your PC screen.....you are bedazzled...and yes..wifi is a great thing but it's Not Free and it's not available in wide area so when it comes to payment then people rely on their Operator Internet Services...you can surf Internet while travelling....so why you need wifi so badly ?....HSDPA is very fast but can your phone's browser handle the heavy shower of data in a nano time ?....let me tell you at one stage...the browser will load pages at same speed whether it is 3.2MBPS or 15MBPS at wifi...even in wifi network..the bandwidth is shared among local users....just don't go behind the Numbers...as far as GPS is concerned..it is included for your own purpose..not for Car driving sort of thing..it will help you to let you know your position in an unknown place and hence you can decide your next strategy...it's best in travelling...and yes while you travel...only your mobile data plan will help you not wifi...But yes lack of 3G call camera is a bit of concern..but do you really use it ?

it's a very good price indeed, its cheaper than w910, which i think is nothing compared to this baby
This should be the non-UIQ walkman flagship instead of w910, because w760 has:
A 3,2 MP camera (not the big difference though)
GPS built-in
Better design
Better gaming experince
Better price

All those PDA phones (including W760), do they require gprs connection in order to downloads the maps?
Or do they come with preinstalled maps?

I am asking because yes, GPS would be cool in a phone like this but it would be a disaster if the phone had to download the maps all the time using gprs.

I'm struggling with that design, it just doesn't appeal to me.
