are you serious? the k850 looks like a toy and its fashion design wont age well. the n82s design isnt as out-there, but its alot easier to keep clean and just fits better in your hand

The n82 design looks like a thing that would fit with an old english woman that lived in the 19th century.

k850 design kicks ass..

Yes I'm serious.. N82 looks too terrible to me.. And yes K850 looks better.. But I don't fall for any of them..

We shouldn't compare the k850 with n82, or k800, just compare it with k750... unfortunately the k850 isn't decidedly winner in this case too.

K850:

K750:

Details (I've cut a part in 100% from original picture):

Details (I've cut a part in 100% from original picture):

Look the details! The scale besides the numbers looks better in the K750's picture, the little scale in the left side on the bottom of the clock looks better with K750, and finally, the SONY inscription from the VHS tape's box is legible in the K750's case and is illegible in the case of K850.

BUT in some pictures posted by other users we can see that with documet settings k850 produces qiute nice details (but in that case too should be better the details), and the colours become really vivid with twilight portrait settings (and remember the one of the strongest features of Sony's Cybershot cameras is the vivid -in some case even unrealistic- colors).
SO the k850 would produce accectable details and colours, the fault is in the software and not the hardware.
I checked Exif data, and in indoor pictures, with bad lighting conditions k850 uses often 1/8 sec. exposre time. But below 1/60, or 1/32 pictures easily become blurry, because every minor motion can affect the picture. I don't know how much can help in this case the picture stabiliser...

Statements, just statements. Show some comparison pics instead of saying that your K850i is the best camera phone ever, which is obviously not true, (K800i, K810i, K770i, T650i, W810 and K750i, and that's only SE, are better).

Btw, the lack of detail in K850i is really bad. You can read "Sony" from the K750i pic (2MP!), but not from K850i's 5MP pic! That's really awful, don't you think? Comment on this, in stead of arguing that your K850i is awesome.
