i need help..im experiencing BROD again..the first time i experienced it i let SE service center handle it but it took 60 days before they can finally fix it and have my phone again.
im trying to do the instructions given by tranced in the first page but unfortunately whenever i use A2 uploader and plug my k850i on the computer using the usb cable while holding the C button, it always says USB device cant be recognize but i was able to use A2 uploader before to customize my cam and acoustic driver and no problem at all now all o the sudden it cant recognize my phone
what should i do? i really need and will really appreciate help on this. i dont wanna wait 60 days again if im gong to have it fix on SE service center.

Try holding 2+5 instead of C. Sometimes this works. Else make sure that your fastport is clean.

sometimes the pc usb driver can be corrupted due to various reasons....try do the following:-
uninstall and reinstall SEUS, install ggsetup (even though it is not necessary if you have SEUS but i would recommend it), delete and reinstall A2 Uploader (add the .exe file link to antivirus whitelist/excluded file/location depends on what type of antivirus). reflash your phone with the latest FW
