Thanks for some great info Miz, looks like W995 is as good as you said it was going to be, and this is really going to be my new device.
I've heard Marc said April release, have you heard anything Miz?
So the camera is a tad worse than C905, some said the camera on W995(Eldar) was faster than on C905, hopefully it is, and on par with the picture quality when released.
Anyway a great device, both in looks and specs and size!

Mizzle, I have something to ask u to try it for W995

playing music continuously 6 hours per day how many day W995 can handle?

and Wi-Fi feature is it drain how much battery when using at least 30 mins?

and last question about torch!! is it bright as W902?
I remember W902 has borrow PowerLED from C902 and it produce a good quality of light.

Thank you very much.

I'm guessing it would last for 2 or 3 days, if you did nothing else than play 6 hours of music on it every day.

30 minutes of WLAN usage is about a 10% battery drain.

SE claims that the LED is the same, which means it's a so-called Photoflash LED. It does work in a similar way and it is very bright indeed, so I think it's true.

Hope I answered them all.

This phone is going to be a hit. WiFi sessions 30 min or longer will kill the battery life of most phones that have it. That means that you could have several heavy multimedia sessions and still have power left over at the end of a day.

Throw in the typical Walkman music quality, the 8 megapix cam , the performance & the looks (gorgeous pics in the article you posted) - this phone is going to be worth the money.

I'm glad I cancelled my w705 after waiting for 1'5 months...I'll willingly save for this and -although I would prefer a purple calmshell with the same spec..._

When is it out? any more news?
I suppose the walkman has the clear bass, clear sound things my w980 has.I love that little blacky
