You see I have exactly the same problems with my W995 as you describe in your posting.
I upgraded my software to R1GA026, and I canīt get my contactīs or anything back in to
the phone. I see you managed to get this fixed, but I dont quite understand how..
Could you please tell me what you did to make your PC (PCsuite) communicate with your W995 again.
Your help will be much appreciated.

OK, tried to reinstall the USB drivers - but not from the CD. Will try that, but does anyone
know how to reinstall an earlier version of software in the phone?

Tried the R1GA026 and went back to the R1FA035 cause I desperately wanted album cover in album list. Have not discovered any significant changes in the new one anyway so...........
Bought a credit at wotanserver.com and fixed it in ten minutes

Go to wotanserver.com, buy a credit ( 1 euro), download their client and follow the instructions. Just as easy as using seus.
Done it many times, always with success. This will also debrand your phone if it is branded.

Thank you very much, I will consider that - but today I actually managet to my contacts and everything else back
into my W995
using the Bluetooth to conect with the PCsuite.
But I have one moore problem after upgrading the software, Iīm no longer able to play movies downloaded
from PlayNow Movies.
I have even donloaded the movies again, and tranferred them to the phone all over.
They still woundt play
I called SE contact sentre witn this problem today, they told me to do exactly this - I did not work.
So no I hope one of you have some tips for me
