OFFICIAL REVIEW FOR OPERA MINI 5.0.15650
First thing's first. The new UI is eye candy. It's inspiration: Microsoft's Windows Vista. (I guess!)
The pros: Things may be easier with Opera Mini 5. The new tab browsing feature is great. At first, the UI is complicated, but when you learn it, you will realized how the new UI mechanism works.
The cons: For former high-end phones like the author's K700i, things will also be complicated. It consumes your cell phone's RAM.
The author of this post would like to recommend this version to mobile phones with resolution of 320 x 240 or higher. Why so? Mobile phones with this resolution (middle-end, phones without 3G; and high-end, the latter with 3G) can work with this version efficiently. You may try on lower-end phones, just when you are charging your phone.

@bateer you should work hard to get what you want! itong macbook na 'to, sa tita ko pa.. nung 2006 pa binili kaya medyo may problema na kami sa hardware, pero smooth as new pa rin in terms of performance..
