Thank you idumbakumar. I tell you it was luck. Cause it had rained in few parts of my city. Though my city is not that big but it had rained where i was and didnot rain in my house area. When i told my wife about rain, she was surprised and said it didnot rain here.

I dont know much about plants. So sorry i cant tell you. But it has one red flower in between protuding upwards. Initially i have captured that red flower but my camera could not show details. It was just a red patch instead of flower.
then i saw that leaf underneath it. And captured many shots.

oh i missed.. but i know the plant but dont remember the name.. it also like plaintain tree but very smaller..it only flower doesn't fruit.. it also flower in different colors too.. its being planted for decorating purpose.
