So I've been playing around with the Z3C now for a couple of hours and I must say it's awesome, very tempted to sell my Z1 and buy this little beast of a flagship. The screen and it's brightness are top class so much in fact you could turn it down a notch or 2 and still have a great viewing experience and that will only help the already superb battery life. The audio quality from the front speakers is also very good and a marked improvement over the Z1C but that was always going to be the case. I'm trying to find something wrong with it but I can't, I suppose it gets fairly warm using 4K video but which device doesn't. Build quality and feel in the hand is top notch too, those rounded corners make a big difference in the comfort of the phone I do think it feels better in the hand than the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy Alpha but that's just my own opinion others will disagree.
All in all Sony have set a new level in high end compact smartphones in which they we're already at the top of thanks to the Z1C. The Z3C is simply a joy to use and for those who think the iPhone 6 is just that little to big I would seriously recommend looking at the Z3C, it's not much bigger than the iPhone 5s but has a much larger screen. This is currently the best supermini on the market it's that good infact it could give some of the bigger flagships a run for their money.
I have the Z3C for the rest of tonight and all day tomorrow so if you have any questions or would like to know anything fire away.

@king-james
Although the difference was not significant, I think it's quite normal.
For example according to Phonearena even with 4.5A charger Oppo Find 7 is only 32 minutes faster than G3 with 1.8A Charger.
Each company uses different battery technology and charging types/Methods.
The S801 in the Z3 supports fast charging, but for some reason Sony did not use that feature.
Maybe because Sony prefer little bit slower charging and longer battery life, than faster charging but with short battery life.

@XperiaJunkie
1. I want to see how the screen looks with and without super vivid mode,
2. low light video comparison.
3. Ultimate SteadyShot (Intellegent Active Mode) comparison with OIS like the one in Lumia phones.
4. Outdoors visibility comparison.

Would be nice to see the ISO2000 video, how dark can you go before it is useless.
Also would be curious if you could find out how to get the iso12800, is it in 8mp only? or the superior auto mode? thanks

It's actually a Lumia 930 now my friends 1020 has hideous screen burn so he's letting me use the 930 in its place now.

@XperiaJunkie
How did you find the reflectiveness of the screen? Was it very reflective, i.e. hard to read under bright light?

@goldenface the screen is pretty good to be honest although I didn't get the chance of direct sunlight as it has rained most of the day so I used a few high powered lamps to try and replicate it. The screen was readable and is an improvement over the Z1C which my wife has as I used that as a comparison.
