speedooh noone else got my phone in hands in this period of time (maybe 3 or 4 hours) i got phone in my pocket! got around 600 words in my t9 croatian dictionary b4 that ! strange !!

Anywhere in the U.S. that this can be done? The upgrade of the FW that is. Also, I went to that sticky, regarding FAQ's, the link directing you to the website with FW information is not valid, no server found. Any ideas folks and TY.

yep, first contact the operator where you bought
your phone and contract, they will tell you where you can go to the
nearest SE service center that is affiliated with them, so you
can have the upgrade for free.
If that doesn't suite you or you don't want to wait
you can find the nearest 'phonehouse' shop
with a service department, and they will upgrade your T610
for 20€.
I have upgraded my phone today with RC3 at phonehouse in Rotterdam
otherwise i had to go to DenHaag .

It has happened to me too, not sure when it happened though. I have R1L013 firmware.

go to SE Australia website, click on support, then service centre, there's a list of service centres of each states in Asutralia !
