Here are a few shortfalls that haven't been fixed with r2l.Very trivial really.Games(only certain ones)occasionally freeze,menu seems slower than r2a,batt charge symbol not solved,and maybe one or two other very minor things.Very,very trivial though.A big improvement over initial fw. I had mine upgraded, i got bugs instead. My message alert tone 1 is gone. A few of my saved picts are missing. And i could not view certain animatio picts. I should have just stick to the old firmware. *@#! And my 'and' symbol is missing This message was posted from a K700i

I am using firmware version R2L. Have been using it for the last 3 days.

Certain significant improvements to the battery life (also the indicator). However, seems that SE missed out one thing.

The phone never seems to indicate when the battery is fully charged. Does this mean that we can assume the battery is fully charged when there is no more observable movement in the battery indicator?

If anyone knows a way to determine when the battery is fully charged, please let me know.

The guy of SE center phoned me today! he told me that to repair the missing camera frames I should let the phone the whole day because he will install the full R2L (the complete flashing pack)geez if it will take several hours for online flash the k700i software must be 200mb!!!
I don't if will be able to give him the phone tomorow the center is 1hour from home and I don't want to wake up early

weird my k700 r2l acted as if it was on r2a today!!! the battery worked only 10 hours hope it will not continue like that or I will get crazy

Maybe you should carge and discharge the battery so the battery can last longer

it's what I do every time,the problem is that the charching parameter is getting crazy:it's fully recharging a 100% empty battery in only 30mins while it should take 4 hours,this battery bug was in r2a desappeared for 12 days under r2l and now come back!
