It's kinda weird but I am hearing some reports about this here at my turf, I haven't charged it from DRAIN to FULL that's why

That's very untrue. The 9500's battery life is one of the best out there. When using my commie at full steam i.e. web browsing, managing mails, listening to music, etc all at once, the battery starts to die around 6 hours.
With moderate use, the battery lasts days.
