Its potluck with O2's help desk. Most of the time when you ring upyou get some complete spanner who just has no idea what they are doing so best thing to do is just berate them, hang up and try again.
Very rarely you actually get someone who is clued up on the matter and they can help you quite well and sort things out.

Ahh thanks. What problems does address? to be fair I dont seem to have encountered many problems at the moment. My shortcuts dont remember after switching my phone off and I cant find i image stabalizer when taking a picture. But other than that touch wood, there dosnt seem to be many problems.
